In the midst of rain's relentless fall,
I yearn for sun to break the pall.
Each droplet weighs upon my soul,
Longing for warmth upon my face.
The gray clouds loom, a heavy shroud,
I seek the light to pierce the cloud.
To feel the sun's embrace so bright,
And banish shadows into flight.
The rain persists, a constant drum,
But hope still lingers for the sun to come.
I'll weather this storm with steadfast grace,
And welcome the sun's warm embrace.
So let the rain pour down its tears,
For soon the sun will warm my soul.
I'll bask in light, my spirit won,
As rain gives way to a brighter sun.
lovely. Roll on summer
