“Princess Pants and Mr Toe Beans Christmas Tale.”

In the hush of winter’s morning, when the air was crisp and bright,
Athena stretched with elegance, her eyes mismatched in light.
Beside her sat Obito, all fluff and joyful cheer,
His goofy grin announcing, “Christmas time is here!”

Athena trotted gracefully, a Princess on patrol,
While Obito bounded clumsily, a walking, talking soul.
She leapt across the furniture like a dancer mid-ballet,
He skidded right behind her in a slightly sideways way.

The Christmas tree stood trembling as Athena eyed a bird,
A shiny decoration that she found suspicious absurd!
With a mighty soaring pounce she toppled half the tree,
Obito wagged behind her, as proud as proud could be.

Outside the frosty garden, three new holes had appeared,
Athena’s doing naturally her landscaping premier.
Obito poked his giant paw to “help” with digging too,
Then promptly fell in headfirst like he always seems to do.

Back indoors flew cushions as Athena zoomed with grace,
A reindeer in a husky coat, delight in every trace.
Obito tried to follow, but tripped upon his feet,
Sliding like a fluffy sled, an unplanned festive feat.

Then came food adventures, five snacks gone without a sound,
Athena’s little smirk revealed where missing treats were found.
Obito drooled in wonder, believing from the start
That Athena stole those goodies just to warm his loving heart.

But Christmas brings its drama, especially wet grass woes,
Athena raised each dainty paw, offended to her toes.
Yet minutes later, in muddy fields they both romped wild and free,
Because a Princess’ logic is a mystery to thee.

Seven soft and snuggly blankets formed Athena’s perfect throne,
She curled into their comfort like a queen upon her own.
Obito plopped beside her, his love too big to hide,
Flattening half her fortress just by flopping at her side.

Then Obito gave kisses, eight of them in fact,
Wet and wildly enthusiastic, no restraint, no tact.
Athena tolerated one, then fixed him with a stare,
A royal glare that firmly said, “I love you… but don’t you dare.”

And oh, the swirling snowdrifts, nine mountains high of fluff,
Obito shedding proudly like winter hadn’t shed enough.
Athena lay beside him, pristine without a care,
Watching clouds of Malamute fur float softly through the air.

Snowflakes drifted gently, ten tiny sparkling lights,
Athena chased them joyfully with nimble, graceful flights.
Obito chased Athena, as he always loves to do,
Tripping over fallen snow and flopping in a fluffy heap.

The chorus of their voices, eleven woo-woos strong,
Athena sang the melody, Obito brought along
A booming, off-key harmony from deep within his chest,
A Christmas carol only their humans loved the best.

And when the day grew quiet and the stars began to glow,
They settled down together where the gentle embers glowed.
Twelve warm and cozy cuddles wrapped them in a perfect heap,
Athena soft and peaceful, Obito drifting into sleep.

Two pups, one Christmas story, filled with laughter, love, and play,
A Princess and her Love Bug making magic every day.
And as they dreamed of snowflakes, treats, and fields where they could roam,
Their humans smiled and whispered,
“Merry Christmas, furry family welcome home.”
