On the 30th of November, we all know it’s near,
The air turns crisp, with a holiday cheer.
The last of the autumn, before winter’s embrace,
And Christmas is stirring, ready to race.
Magic’s unfolding, just out of our sight,
A glimmer, a twinkle, a soft glow of light.
Tomorrow’s the start of the countdown so bright,
With chocolates to savor and candles alight.
The tree’s still in hiding, its branches bare,
But it’s dreaming of tinsel, and sparkles to share.
Stockings are hung, but Santa’s not here,
Though we hear the jingle of sleigh bells draw near.
November’s last moments are cozy and sweet,
The world’s full of stillness, the air crisp and neat.
The magic is subtle, but it’s ready to soar,
Like snowflakes that shimmer, like waves on the shore.
The stockings are empty, the carols unsung,
But we almost hear sleigh bells on the breeze, softly rung.
The presents are hidden, the ribbons still tight,
But the 30th of November feels cozy and right.
For tomorrow, the world will be bathed in pure light.
So here’s to the 30th, let’s lift up a cheer,
For tomorrow begins the best time of the year.
The countdown to Christmas, the joy it will bring,
Wrapped up in laughter, and twirling in string.
The 30th is peaceful, no need for a show,
It’s the calm before magic begins to glow.
The final sigh of November, so quiet, divine,
And tomorrow, the world will sparkle and shine.
