Welcome back to the, Nuts about DNA afghan series.
Way back in September 2017 I started the journey of making 144 squares for a blanket that would fit a double bed floor to floor.
This blanket/throw/bedspread would be a present for my wonderful Mum.🎁
On new calculations I only need to make 110 squares and a few days ago I finished the vey last square.

I’m using, Scheepjes Stone Washed, in Mums chosen colours, Moon Stone, Garnet, Corundum ruby, Citrine, Malachite, Enstatite, and Rose quartz.
I purchased them from Wool Warehouse and Lusciously Loopy Yarn.

Squares 21-25 details are below with the colour order I used.

Square 21 – Petunia Roundabout Mandala Square by Dorianna Rivelli.

Round 1 – Moon Stone
Round 2 – Moon Stone
Round 3 – Moon Stone
Round 4 – Moon Stone
Round 5 – Garnet
Round 6 – Garnet
Round 7 – Rose Quartz
Round 8 – Rose Quartz
Round 9 – Malachite
Round 10 – Malachite
Round 11 – Citrine
Round 12 – Garnet
Round 13 – Rose Quartz
Round 14 – Moon Stone
Round 15 – Moon Stone
Round 16 – Moon Stone – hdc, miss hidden stitch.
Round 17 – Enstatite – Sc across
Round 18 – Corundum Ruby – dc across
Round 19 – Enstatite – Sc across
Round 20 – Garnet – back loop stitch hdc across.

Round 20 is an extra round to get a stitch count of 44hdc’s.
Making Back Loop hdc across with 2hdc, chain 2, 2hdc in the corners.

Squares 22 – A Different Granny Square by Tatsiana Kupryianchyk. (I only made part of the pattern.)

Unfortunately I don’t seem to have the colour order logged, sorry. The only notes I have are these.Round 18 – only one dc chain 2 one dc in corners (39 stitches across)
After Round 18 I made it up as I went along to get to the right size and a stitch count of 44hdc each side.
