Gwendolyn is my 107th square, for my Mums “Nuts about DNA Afghan”

It’s beyond gorgeous and looks amazing in every colour combo I’ve seen.
Gwendolyn would look absolutely stunning as a stand-alone Afghan or mixed up with any of Polly’s other breathtaking squares, edged with one of her breathtaking borders, I Wish You Love or her Moss Stitch Border.
Or you could make it in to a bag, a scarf, a bed runner, table runner, a wall hanging, anything your heart desires.
For my Gwendolyn I used the following colour order in my all time favourite yarn, Scheepjes Stone Washed, which I purchased from Wool Warehouse and Lusciously Loopy Yarn. 🧶
Round 1 – Cream
Round 2 – Citrine
Round 3 – Rose Quartz
Round 4 – Garnet
Round 5 – Enstatite
Round 6 – corundumRuby
Round 7 – Corundum Ruby
Round 8 – Moon Stone
Round 9 – Rose Quartz
Round 10 – Garnet
Round 11 – Garnet
Round 12 – Moon
Round 13 – Moon
Round 14 – Moon
Round 15 – Moon Stone
Round 16 – Garnet
Modifications made for size and stitch count were –
Round 16 – Hdc across increasing by 1, 2hdc, chain 2, 2hdc in corners (44hdc each side)
